Meanwhile, a lower court has rejected the family's plea requesting the second autopsy. However, the court directed the SHO to preserve the body.
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav arrived in Lucknow on Wednesday evening and visited the residence of Aparna Yadav, the Vice President of the State Women’s Commission, to pay tribute to her husband Prateek Yadav, who passed away recently.
Dr Yadav met with the family to express his condolences and said he stands firmly with the family.

Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav arrived at Aparna Yadav’s home around 6 pm to offer his condolences following the tragic demise of her husband. He also prayed for the peace of the departed soul.

Prateek Yadav passed away at Lucknow’s Civil Hospital on May 13.
